EDRM Metrics (2006-2007) Review Working Group

Working Group Mission

The EDRM Review metrics working group collects, defines and documents key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the quality, accuracy and speed of electronic document review in litigation and regulatory response. The goal of the project is to provide corporations and law firms involved in a document review with benchmarks by which they can forecast time and expenses for the various types of reviews that may be required and supply oversight into managing the review, monitoring progress and evaluating the vendors and the review team's performance. EDRM Review metrics are designed for use by corporations, law firms, service providers and other stakeholders to provide a common foundation for understanding the process and improving the performance of document review.
