- Are we on-target?
- Report of development status from Encore – 45 minutes
- Accomplishments, challenges, issues encountered
- Documentation, current screen-shots, modifications to specification
- Use of the EDRM logo
- Test and QA Plans from Daegis – 45 minutes
- Test plan documentation
- Involvement of other groups for additional testing – e.g. Compliance group
- Download and Registration Process – 45 minutes (Break at 10:15)
- Volunteer needed to develop download, registration and installation package
- Thoughts from George Socha and Tom Gelbmann
- Collecting feedback from registrants, providing technical assistance
- Who maintains registration data
- Future Releases and Upgrade Cycle – 45 minutes
- Enhancements and modifications to the EDRM XML Schema and how it will affect the Tool
- Notifying current Tool users
- Who is responsible for bug fixes, enhancements to the Tool itself
- Where will source-code reside if others are to become involved in future development
