One Of Today’s Biggest Challenges

One of the biggest challenges facing EDRM Project Kickoff attendees today is the post lunch inertia factor. Causes? Causes of this inertia range from the early morning wake up for the west coast attendees to the consumption of highly caloric chocolate food items. One culprit is pictured below.

The EDRM Fun Begins

George Socha and Tom Gelbmann kicked off the meeting this morning - sharing an overview of the two day EDRM program with the over 70 individuals in attendance. Key discussions this morning will revolve around the EDRM Metrics and XML Projects - and the results of these projects to date.

EDRM - Kickoff Time For 2007/08 Projects Nears

It is an absolutely gorgeous morning here in Saint Paul, MN as EDRM members are beginning to gather at the Convention Center for today’s EDRM Projects Meeting Kickoff.

Its interesting watching folks enter the meeting - as the clothing folks are wearing to the meeting today really mirrors the “diversity” of the field of Electronic Discovery itself. From coats and ties to jeans and t-shirts, the people and their dress certainly provide a telling parallel to the challenges of standardization - challenges being discussed today as part of the kickoff.
