Mapping Technology and Vendors to the Electronic Discovery Reference Model

On November 9, 2007, Gartner issued a research document, “Mapping Technology and Vendors to the Electronic Discovery Reference Model,” by Debra Logan, that draws on the EDRM framework:

The e-discovery vendor landscape is confusing, but the terrain is negotiable if you use the e-discovery reference model. It is possible to make tactical purchases today that will fit into longer-term strategic e-discovery goals if you follow this guidance.
