The EDRM Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) Reference Collection is a resource for EDRM members. It contains the full text of the Federal Rules, Committee Notes for the December 2015 amendments to the Rules, and links to related resources.
The collection is designed to help attorneys, their support staff, and others who need or want to understand and make effective use of the 2015 changes to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. As our members use these resources and give us their feedback, we will adjust and expand the resources we include is this set.

Resources
The EDRM FRCP Reference Collection contains four sets of FRCP resources:
- Articles
- Conferences
- Presentations
- Webinars
Each set contains a listing of resources, such as articles discussing the 2015 amendments. For each item, there is a link to the listed materials, links to rules discussed in the item, and additional information based on the type of item.
All four sets are available at a single page. Materials also are listed on the pages of the related rules, so that, for example, the page on Rule 26 contains tables of articles, conferences and webinars discussing that rule.
In addition, please see the Annotated “Revised Guidelines and Best Practices for Implementing the 2015 Discovery Amendments to Achieve Proportionality,” published by the Duke Law Center for Judicial Studies and updated every six weeks with new, relevant case law.
