• Provider (software, services, consulting, etc.) - more than 10 people in organization
• Provider (software, services, consulting, etc.) - 10 or fewer people in organization
• Consumer (law firm, corporation, etc.)
• Individual (not participating as part of a provider or consumer organization)
• Level of participation:
• Two or more projects
• Only one project
