The workshop, The Balancing Act: How to Optimize your Energy and Effectively Prioritize Your Day, will focus on tips and tricks for balancing the many facets of life.
The speakers—FTI’s Inés Rubio (EDRM Global Advisory Council leader), JND’s Heidi Girod, and Relativity’s Lourdes Akande, will share their definitions of balance and ways they’ve worked to achieve balance throughout their careers.
The workshop will be part panel followed by an open discussion where attendees can ask questions and share their own experiences. All are welcome to participate.
