Andrew Haslam and Complex Discovery published the 2022 edition of the “industry bible”, now in its tenth year this week.

Andrew Haslam, the long time publisher of the Annual eDisclosure Systems Buyers Guide, announced that the 10th edition will be his last, as he looks forward to spending more tine with his granchildren and family. EDRM sends its best wishes and our gratitude to Andrew, an EDRM Global Advisory Council leader and eDisclosure Project Manager at Squire Patton Boggs, for his labor of love.

Rob Robinson, founder and analyst at ComplexDiscovery Solutions said it best:

Authored by litigation support and eDisclosure expert Andrew Haslam, the eDisclosure Systems Buyers Guide – 2022 Edition provides an overview of key technology considerations, industry approaches, and vendor capabilities regarding the discipline of eDisclosure (eDiscovery).  Covering topics from the EDRM – Electronic Discovery Reference Model to vendor service and software analysis, the guide provides a complete and credible resource for legal and IT professionals seeking to understand and apply eDisclosure (eDiscovery) concepts, processes, techniques, and tools. It is quite simply the best buyers guide available.

Long relied upon by our worldwide community and US eDiscovery practitioners to assess service providers and platforms during buying cycles, the Guide also provides a snapshot of the annual mergers, acquisitions and investments in our growing niche.

In this latest edition, there have been 62 modifications to the entries, with the guide now showing 92 suppliers and 54 products, reflecting the loss of 12 entries, an additional 16 companies, and two name changes since the last edition.EDRM is curious about the 11th Edition, and who will carry on.
