In Venturdyne, Ltd. d/b/a Scientific Dust Collectors v. Carbonyx, Inc., d/b/a Carbonyx Carbon Technologies, et. al., No. 14-00351 (N.D. Ind., Nov. 15, 2016), Indiana District Judge John E.
