Blown Away? eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey Results – Spring 2020

The results of the Spring Business Confidence Survey are in. The concern in spring 2020 is regarding budgetary constraints, although there is still optimism and great deal of respondents feeling that the market has not changed for their organization.

Rob Robinson, CEO of Complex Discovery reports that:

The results of this spring eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey present the unfortunate impact of COVID-19 on the business of eDiscovery. The results also paint a picture of the resilience and optimism of the people and providers of the eDiscovery ecosystem as shared by 172 legal, business, and technology professionals.

With budgetary constraints emerging as the top concern this season, it will be interesting to watch the evolution of sentiment through 2020.  See the graph below, one of many graphs tracked over time by Complex Discovery.
