HaystackID provided an overview of the Hart Scott Rodino (HSR) Premerger Notification Program, some great statistics on the types of companies facing antitrust scrutiny and a link to the FTC’s revised model request.
The Second Request consists of the formal request for additional information and documentary material and generally follows the framework highlighted in the Model Request for Additional Documentary Material (Second Request), published by the FTC Premerger Notification Office (Updated June 2020).
