The Fall 2020 eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey stewarded by Rob Robinson of ComplexDiscovery is open for your input. This survey, in its fifth year, will have 20 seasons consistent data to give us an idea of our eDiscovery business sentiment. The results are anonymized and published freely.
The core surveys consist of nine multiple-choice questions focused on factors related to the creation, delivery, and consumption of eDiscovery products and services. Additionally, the surveys include three multiple-choice questions focused on the trajectory of key operational business metrics.
