Holding the Rudder? Fall 2020 eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey Results

Rob Robinson of ComplexDiscovery released the results of his Fall 2020 eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey, the twentieth such survey, this week.

With more law firms responding (37.3%) and more optimism about the near future, with normal and good together representing three quarters of the respondents looking at the present business conditions and half the respondents believing it will be better in the next six months.

Budget constraints show up as the biggest concern.

Doug Austin, editor of eDiscoveryToday, compared results year over year for a very helpful view on how much COVID-19 influences our collective outlook.

The eDiscovery Business Confidence survey provides a non-scientific pulse of our community outlook on our economic condition each quarter, and EDRM is proud to support ComplexDiscovery with their many helpful surveys.
