Despite COVID-19 Surge, Outlook for 2021 E-Discovery Job Market Remains Positive

Frank Ready from Legaltech news surveyed the eDiscovery business and hiring landscape in this tenth month of the COVID-19 pandemic and found optimism for 2021.

Interviewing EDRM’s Mary Mack, Kiwi Camera, CEO of DISCO and Shamus Flower, senior vice president at Consilio, all of whom saw impacts and recoveries at their respective organizations.

DISCO is beginning to see a pickup in demand across “pretty much every vertical,” with a pandemic-driven increase in it’s managed review business as well. The company also plans to hire “pretty aggressively” come 2021.
