Too Many Data Types and Not Enough People

ediscovery business confidence survey results spring 2022

Business Confidence is high in Spring of 2022.

Rob Robinson of Complex Discovery released the results of his Spring 2022 eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey. As always, Rob included the raw data with his report. And as always, Doug Austin of eDiscovery Today covered the survey contrasted with prior periods.

Business Confidence is higher than it has ever been for over 71% of respondents. Further, almost all respondents believe conditions will stay the same over the next half year.

This season, Increasing variety of data types edged out lack of personnel for the top concern of respondents (36% to 22%), with security taking a back seat (9.6%). Almost noone has budget constraints as a top concern.

The demographics of respondents (employer, location and job focus) are tracked as well.
