Dear EDRM Community,
The word of the week is clash.
Tucker Carlson is out at Fox in the wake of their $787mil settlement with Dominion. Diplomats are evacuating the Sudanas fighting continues in Ukraine. Cars turning into the wrong driveway, a teen ringing the wrong doorbell and a cheerleader entering the wrong car received volleys of shots resulting in deaths. Weather alerts will need to route around the blue check verification mess on Twitter.
In legal tech this week, Doug Austin published an Internet Minute graphic. The ABA notified its membership of a data breach, with a data breach class action suit already brought forth. EDRM gives a warm welcome to Michael Berman and David Netzer as they educate our EDRM and JD Supra community. Blogger extraordinaire, Ralph Losey, returns from a transatlantic cruise with some poetry. Trial technology expert Shannon Bales will be honored for his lifetime achievement by ILTA on May 4. ComplexDiscovery covers an IP shield to protect trade secrets from Large Language Models. Our Trusted Partner, Exterro invites us to listen in on their new podcast, Ediscovery Chicks.
