Meet Holley

Hailing from the esteemed Rawls College of Business Administration at Texas Tech University, Holley is currently on a journey to complete her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing. But don’t be fooled by the ‘pursuing’ tag – she already boasts a robust repertoire of skills and experiences that position her at the forefront of modern marketing and she is already doing great things at EDRM.

Passion Meets Profession

One of the most exciting aspects of Holley’s profile is her fervor for marketing and management. This isn’t just a job or a degree for her; it’s a passion that propels her to constantly seek new avenues of learning and skill enhancement. It’s this undying enthusiasm that makes us believe she’s just the right fit for our dynamic environment.  She’s already trained in our core platforms: WordPress, ON24, Zoom and social media.

It is critical to have the digital native gaze on our EDRM work product and offerings. Holley has hit the ground running, not only by diving into her training resources, but by creating and posting blog articles, supporting podcasts and more.

Leadership Beyond Books

For Holley, leadership isn’t just about managing tasks; it’s about inspiring teams. This philosophy is evident from her active participation in the business management fraternity, Sigma Iota Epsilon Professional and Honorary Society in Management – ETA Chapter. Here, she didn’t just learn about leadership; she embodied it, being elected first as secretary and currently serving as the chapter president.

Skills Galore

While we can’t wait to experience her prowess in digital integrated marketing, Holley is already known for her top-notch skills in:

  • Customer Service: Ensuring clients and partners always have a pleasant and fruitful experience.
  • Management: Handling tasks, teams, and challenges with finesse.

Looking Ahead

Holley is stepping into EDRM with a vision to significantly impact our community and the broader marketing practice, bringing a fresh eye to our offerings. She’s driven to ensure that businesses don’t just exist but thrive and succeed under her watch.

To our partners, clients, and global community, we assure you – with Holley on board, the marketing journey at EDRM is about to get even more exciting and impactful.

Warmest welcome, Holley! We’re thrilled to have you and can’t wait to see the magic you’ll weave in the days to come. Stay tuned, EDRM
