Khrhysna “Khrys” McKinney, Founder of EDRM Trusted Partner K. L. McKinney, sits down with EDRM’s Mary Mack and Holley Robinson. Khrys shared her journey into legal and eDiscovery and discussed where she is finding new entrants for our community. She also discussed the impact of AI on our previous cultural imperative to look back to precedent and how things have always been done. Today, organizations are valuing “new eyes” to visualize new ways to generate results, or perhaps new results in and of themselves. We talked about eDiscovery Day, stewarded by another EDRM Trusted Partner, Exterro, and the Rising Stars of eDiscovery Awards, including how our listeners can nominate a standout new entrant, or even themselves, and how to set their nomination apart. Nominations close November 6 and can be submitted here: Rising Stars of eDiscovery nomination form. We ended with a surprising fun fact, and Khrys invited listeners to contact her.
