Federal Judges Survey Results Available for Download

Georgetown Law CLE, EDRM and Exterro have partnered to create this year’s 6th Annual Federal Judges Report. With over 20 federal judges participating, this year we heard from a large portion of the federal judiciary on current e-discovery practices and what they are seeing in their courtrooms.

Download this report and learn more about the judges’ four key takeaways:

1. Judges want to see greater e-discovery participation from in-house legal teams

2. New data privacy laws will make e-discovery more expense

3. Compliance with e-discovery rules extends beyond FRCP 37(e)

4. Parties are getting sanctioned for (mostly) intentional e-discovery misconduct
