New ComplexDiscovery Survey: Got Predictive Coding?

Shoreline, rowboat and fishermen with catchRob Robinson, managing partner of ComplexDiscovery Solutions, invites legal technology practitioners who use predictive coding (PC), technology assisted review (TAR), computer assisted review (CAR), continuous active learning (CAL) or other like technology to fill out the Predictive Coding Technologies and Protocols Survey.  There are five short questions on the survey.

EDRM frequently promotes ComplexDiscovery’s surveys and results to assist our community in recognizing business conditions, technology adoption and other important topics.

According to Rob:

This is the fifth semi-annual Predictive Coding Technologies and Protocols Survey conducted by ComplexDiscovery. The initial four surveys provided detailed feedback from more than 230 legal, business, and technology professionals on the use of specific machine learning technologies in predictive coding and also highlighted the usage of those machine learning technologies as part of example technology-assisted review protocols. This iteration of the survey continues to focus on predictive coding technologies, protocols, workflows, and uses across the eDiscovery ecosystem. Originally consisting of four core questions, the fall 2020 survey includes one new question on the prevalence of predictive coding usage as part of eDiscovery.
