Dear EDRM Community,

In legal tech, TikTok logs users’ keystrokes, leaving passwords vulnerable and creating ESI.  FTC sent letter to data broker about selling health visit data.  Artificial Lawyer analyzed DISCO’s financial performance, as eDiscovery hits public market fickleness.   NJ samples the blood of newborns, keeps the samples, and now it is being requested in criminal actions.

This week, the Data Diva herself, Debbie Reynolds, will join Mary Mack on “Ripped from the Headlines Flash Webinar: Intimate Pics, Health Records and Inadvertent Productions.

Last week, fresh from CNN, the New York Times and the Washingtonian, former director of litigation for NARA and frequent media commentator, Jason R.
