Relativity Fest 2022 #WheelsUp Visible from Space

Relativity Fest 2022 Announcements for the Year of AI

Stephanie Wilkins, editor in chief of Legaltech News, covered the conference known as Relativity Fest by noticing that in-person was back for the first time since 2019 with very excited attendees, including the EDRM community.

The excitement about the return of the in-person conference was palpable, as countless attendees posted “#wheelsup” selfies on LinkedIn as they were Fest-bound.

Relativity did not miss a beat as their 13th annual conference offered attendees over 60 sessions and 11 tracks of content in the areas of e-discovery and compliance.

Wilkins continued:

Mike Gamson, CEO of Relativity, outlined three main objectives for Relativity in what Chris Brown, Relativity’s Chief Product Officer, would call “the year of AI” later in the address: “Organize Data, Discover the Truth, Act on It.”

As in past Relativity Fests, the keynote contained extreme transparency on numbers:

  • 57% of Relativity’s customers are now in the cloud
  • a stunning 100,000 users

Gamson emphasized that Relativity is still committed to the success of its on-premise users until they make the leap to the cloud, saying “We will be there for you on your time.”
