The word of the week is startle.

In legal tech this week, the eDiscovery landscape looks different with the combination of Exterro and Zapproved. We talked with our friend, Bill Piwonka, CMO of our Trusted Partner, Exterro on the Illumination Zone for his perspective and a glimpse into what the respective Zapproved and Exterro constituents can expect. Disco joins major providers with their own 9% layoff. Those impacted are welcome at our EDRM support call, details at the end of this letter. Rob Robinson of ComplexDiscovery is requesting your input on the 28th edition of his quarterly survey, Winter 2023 eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey. ChatGPT is just getting started, can pass challenging professional exams, and will be featured in conversation as a “guest” with Ralph Losey on the EDRM Global Webinar Channel. The SEC is close to finalizing a rule for a 4 day disclosure window for breaches.
