Weekly Letter to Our Global EDRM Community – 20 June 2023

Dearest EDRM community,

The word of the week is cooking.

As we observed and celebrated receiving word of freedom on Juneteenth, the Emancipation Proclamation was put on display for one of its scarce viewings.

In legal tech this week, Noah Waisberg and Maya Lash parsed the Generative AI Providers’ Terms of Service.  Stephanie Wilkins and Rhys Dipshan covered the Casepoint ransomware incident.  EDRM’s AI Ethics and Bias team released the final Professional Responsibility Considerations in AI for eDiscovery: Competence, Confidentiality, Privacy & Ownership.
