Eighteen different Technology Assisted Review (TAR) platforms were named in the seventh semi-annual Predictive Coding Technologies and Protocols Survey conducted by ComplexDiscovery. EDRM was proud to support Rob Robinson’s survey and is very grateful to the EDRM community who took their time to answer.
Active Learning and the Continuous Active Learning variety was the hands down winner with over 80% of participants reporting using it.
Ancillary usage is also up with almost all respondents utilizing TAR for more than one area of eDIscovery, Information Governance or other legal use.
