Candidate’s Market for Project Managers

Victoria Hudgins of Legaltech News surveyed the job market for eDiscovery professionals and found a decided shift from the beginning of the pandemic to the return to almost normal.

Finding demand amongst the most senior project managers to entry level analysts, TRU Staffing Partners Inc.’s founder and CEO, Jared Coseglia, sees a candidate’s market with even more headroom this quarter.

While experienced e-discovery project managers are seeing their compensation rise, not all e-discovery professionals are commanding similar wage hikes.

Executive leaders and middle management, for example, aren’t fetching significantly higher salaries in e-discovery, Coseglia said. Additionally, demand for data analysts is growing, though employers are willing to hire candidates with little experience at smaller salaries.
