EDRM congratulates Lilith Bat-Leah as the newest member of Driven's consulting team

The EDRM Community congratulates Lilith Bat-Leah on accepting the position of Director of Data Science and AI Strategy at Driven. Lilith is an Executive Member of the EDRM Global Advisory Council, co-chair of the EDRM Analytics and Machine Learning Project. The powerhouse team at Driven includes Tara Emory, chair of the EDRM Revision Project and Eric Mandel, chair of the IGRM Revision Project, both of whom are EDRM Global Advisory Council leaders.

 is pleased to announce that technology-assisted review (TAR) expert and eDiscovery specialist Lilith Bat-Leah has joined its consulting services practice and will serve as Driven’s Director of Data Science and AI Strategy. In this role, Lilith will be working directly with Driven’s clients to address increasingly complex issues at the intersection of law and technology. This includes the design and application of workflows involving TAR and other analytics for information search and retrieval.

Lilith is a seasoned professional whose prior research and development experience marks her proficiency in eDiscovery with distinction. She specializes in the application of statistics, analytics, machine learning, and data science. Drawing upon this background, Lilith has designed TAR workflows and deftly used other analytics in connection with complex U.S. and cross-border litigation matters. In addition, she regularly participates in negotiations around eDiscovery and has provided expert testimony in domestic and international court proceedings.

Her expertise in TAR, machine learning, and analytics will provide increased value to our clients. We are delighted to have Lilith on board,” shared Tara Emory, the Director of Consulting at Driven.

Lilith is active in eDiscovery industry organizations including the EDRM, where she serves on the EDRM Executive Advisory Council and co-chairs the EDRM Analytics and Machine Learning Project. Lilith is ACEDS-certified, was a founding board member of the ACEDS Chicago Chapter, and additionally serves on the ACEDS New York Chapter board. She is also a member of The Sedona Conference and Women in eDiscovery.
