Summer 2021 eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey Opens

Hot orange sunset behind single scrawny fir tree, No shade in sight? eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey Summer 2021 ComplexDiscovery

It has never been more important to understand our business climate as we emerge from the pandemic.

One of the most important and consistent lenses on business activity in eDiscovery is ComplexDiscovery’s eDiscovery Business Confidence survey, created and stewarded by Rob Robinson.  With results recorded quarterly since 2016, this summer’s edition will be the sixth quarter the survey has been conducted during the pandemic crisis and the 23rd survey.

The survey consists of nine core questions on factors related to the creation, delivery, and consumption of eDiscovery products and services. Additionally, the survey contains three optional questions focused on the business operational metrics of days sales outstanding (DSO), monthly recurring revenue (MRR), and customer revenue distribution.
