The word of the week is uncover.

The Colorado River is drying faster than most expected, with threatening both water sharing and electricity generation .  The AmLaw and NLJ 350 have pro bono attorneys taking calls about the midterm election, with special mention of EDRM Trusted Partner, Reed Smith’s efforts in Pennsylvania.  The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts released a searchable database of the federal judges’ financial disclosure forms.  Twitter layoffs cut deeply, and it is rumored that Meta will announce layoffs this week, joining Stripe, Spotify and other tech high flyers and Epiq, Fronteo on the eDiscovery front.
