Dearest EDRM Community,

Phrase of the week: Spring Pause

In legal tech this week, just like the cherry blossoms, we are taking a moment to pause, refresh, and recharge. The EDRM team will return bright-eyed and re-energized on April 23 from our Spring Pause. We believe in practicing what we promote: thoughtful pauses, sustainable pace, and a little fresh air to keep the ideas blooming.

We are curious about how the current economic and geopolitical climate affects business confidence in our legal tech and eDiscovery market and community.  We’d very much appreciate your taking five minutes to let us know your assessment of where we find ourselves in ComplexDiscovery’s 1H 2025 eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey.  Even as the survey moves to twice yearly, it will still illustrate trends from 2016 to the present.
