Dearest EDRM Community,

Word of the week: Discover.

In legal tech this week, as we wind down the first half of the year’s activity, we hope you can take some time to relax and enjoy.  The EDRM Team is out of the office from May 22nd through May 28th, and we’ll be back on May 29th.

While we’re away, we’ll continue supporting the community with three special events: our 276th EDRM Weekly Community Support Call; our live May Case Law webinar—now in its fifth season—featuring our Trusted Partner eDiscovery Today’s Doug Austin, along with Tom O’Connor, Mary Mack, and the Hon. Andrew Peck (Ret.); and our Trusted Partner Exterro’s webinar, Down the Rabbit Hole: Navigating IP Theft Investigations.

Please mark your calendars for the last official Trusted Partner Reed Smith CLE presented by retiring partner, Dave Cohen, who is also EDRM’s wonderful Chair of the Project Trustees.  The webinar, presented with Beth Wurzel, is called 25 years of eDiscovery – and what the future holdsRegister for the June 5 1PM Eastern event here.

Finally, take a listen to the eDiscovery Channel’s Rachi Messing and Tom O’Connor in conversation with our very own EDRM Marketing Operations Manager, Holley Robinson.

The results of the Complex Discovery OÜ 2025 1H eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey sponsored by EDRM are out, with continued gains in AI uptake and business normalcy.  Thank you for sharing your valuable insights with us at this critical time.

Mary, Kaylee, and Holley, EDRM.

Let’s remain united in our support for each other. For support or to assist a colleague, contact us at info@edrm.net and join our weekly Community Support Call, now in its fifth year.
