Dearest EDRM Community,
Word of the week: Existential
In legal tech last week, we took a breath from conference season and looked into 2026, watching the pendulum swing between on-premises (however defined) and SaaS deployment models, the messiness of rapid AI adoption, and attempts to mitigate.
We are seeing some positive movements of the strongest professionals across organizations, with the economic weaknesses of some organizations making seasoned contributors available.
Mary Mack, EDRM.
We’d love (and need) your opinion in the 2H 2025 eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey stewarded by our Trusted Partner, ComplexDiscovery OÜ.
It takes less than 5 minutes and will help us frame our activities both year-end and into 2026.
Let’s remain united in our support for each other. For support or to assist a colleague, contact us at info@edrm.net and join our weekly Community Support Call, now in its sixth year.
