Musk’s “rightsized” Twitter is publicly challenged by the EU, the FTC and US Senator Ed Markey, who urged Musk to focus more on fixing his companies or “Congress would” after an $8 verification/impersonation dustup. FTX and some other crypto Is melting down in either a Lehman Brothers or Enron manner. The legal press is arguing whether firm layoffs, stealth now, will rise to the level of 2008. Bloomberg Law 2023 explores the litigation, transactional and areas of interest, while Al Gore offers a global granular database of emission levels by source.
