Dearest EDRM Community,
Word of the week: Observance
In legal tech last week, March Madness took on a different meaning as bombs flew and airport TSA lines went around corners and downstairs. EDRM hosted “Tom O’Connor Chats with James Province of Microsoft About the Current State of eDiscovery in M365,” and John Tredennick invited Craig Ball and Cat Casey to discuss their new legal AI books in “Something Big Is Happening in AI: Is 2026 the Tipping Point for Litigation, Discovery, and Investigations?” The GenAI Project’s Survey Working Group held a webinar titled “The EDRM GenAI Survey Results: Separating Fact, Fiction, Hype, and Reality,” featuring The Hon. Ralph Artigliere (Ret.), Dr. Maura Grossman, Jason R. Baron, and Bruce Hedin.
This April, we encourage our community to take time to celebrate and be with family and friends. EDRM will be “closed” from April 2 to April 7 for that purpose. Our Tuesday EDRM Community Support Call will still be held at 6 PM ET, as always. If you or a colleague would like to attend, please email info@edrm.net, and we will be happy to welcome you with the camera optional Zoom link.
Mary Mack, EDRM.
Let’s remain united in our support for each other. For support or to assist a colleague, contact us at info@edrm.net and join our weekly Community Support Call, now in its seventh year.
