In Legaltech this week, new sources of ESI are being created faster than any other time in eDiscovery as AI permeates our foundational business and communication platforms. While we are still seeing our A plus quality colleagues receive offers one at a time, the candidate’s market has cooled and hiring is taking longer. eDiscovery and legal tech professionals will need to pace themselves to avoid burnout caused by doing the work of deferred hires.

AI_ESI: ChatGPT is getting a memory to remember who you are and what you like and Google’s Bard reportedly keeps conversations for three years.
