EDRM published the GDPR Guidelines after public comments and the GenAI project leadership announced goals and a call for additional contributors.

- Global Legal Tech Developments: There is a fine art to prompt engineering humans. The White House directed NASA to create a time zone for the moon. BeSpacific points to a state by state map of AI legislation. Bipartisan legislation was introduced to protect privacy rights federally in the US Senate.
- International eDiscovery Trends: Ricoh sold their eDiscovery business group to Array, Google will delete search data from incognito browsers, San Francisco’s metro runs on floppy disks. EDRM Trusted Partners Nextpoint and eDiscovery Today partner with each other. KLDiscovery filed SEC paperwork casting doubt on its ability to continue in their current form.
- World Events Impacting Legal Tech: Israel has removed ground troops from Gaza toward hostage negotiations after the horror of the deaths of aid workers from World Kitchen. The eclipse captured imaginations. Colorado is experiencing dangerous winds and power outages as a result. New Jersey, New York and Taiwan experienced earthquakes. A nuclear plant in Ukraine was hit by a drone.
