Dearest EDRM Community,

Phrase of the week: E-Discovery Day.

In legal tech this week, we are refreshed (and tuckered out) from our times with friends and family. As we traditionally end the year, we are preparing for our international holiday, E-Discovery Day, on December 5, 2024. EDRM is also sad to let you know we will also offer a virtual memorial service on December 3 for our beloved community friend, Carolee Byrley, who passed away from complications of diabetes. Email info@edrm.net for the link to the Zoom memorial.

🎉 Happy E-Discovery Day

As we gather to celebrate, we want to take a moment to express how truly thankful we are for YOU—our incredible community.

Your unwavering support, active participation, and shared passion inspire everything we do. Whether through your insights, engagement, or simply being part of our journey, you’ve made a lasting impact, and we couldn’t be more grateful.

This E-Discovery Day, we’re reminded of the importance of connection, collaboration, and community—and we’re so honored to have you as part of ours.

From all of us to all of you, may your E-Discovery Day be filled with education, connection, and the warmth of community.

Please join us on E-Discovery Day, December 5, 2024, at 10 AM Eastern, where EDRM will host the Hon. Judge Ralph Artigliere (ret.), Dr. Maura R. Grossman, and Ralph Losey to discuss Deepfakes in Court – Challenges, Risks, and Mitigating Injustice in Digital Evidence🛡️

There is a full slate of
E-Discovery Day activities here.
