For the first time, reviewers can engage with ReviewRight via a dedicated mobile app, providing anywhere access to project notifications, profile management, and availability updates. The platform’s mobile capabilities enhance recruiter response times and support faster project ramp-ups.

A major differentiator in ReviewRight 3.0 is its proprietary testing for languages other than English (LOTE). Moving beyond the industry’s reliance on standard fluency tests, HaystackID now evaluates actual document review performance—gauging accuracy, speed, and comprehension—in romance languages such as Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese.

In addition to core document review assessments, ReviewRight 3.0 introduces cyber review-specific testing to validate reviewers’ ability to handle data breach and incident response projects. These new capabilities will be further expanded with planned subject-matter-specific testing modules.
