Dearest EDRM Community,

Word of the week: Pulse

In legal tech last week, courts deemed client self-help AI documents not privileged (via Mike Berman), and hallucinations caused another jurist to issue FRCP Rule 11 terminating sanctions.

We’d love for you to share your assessment of pricing and pricing models for eDiscovery and AI as applied to eDiscovery in the ComplexDiscovery OÜ’s Winter 2026 eDiscovery Pricing Survey. The survey closes today.

We’ll be talking about that, and everything we see on the floor at Legalweek 2026. See you in New York, Nook 750.

Mary Mack, EDRM.

Let’s remain united in our support for each other. For support or to assist a colleague, contact us at info@edrm.net and join our weekly Community Support Call, now in its sixth year.
