Weekly Letter to Our EDRM Global Community – 10 March 2026

Dearest EDRM Community,

Word of the week: Recalibrate

In legal tech last week, our Trusted Partner HaystackID acquired pioneer, eDiscoveryAI. Harvey engaged Global Advisory Council leader, Farrah Pepper, and Florinda Baldridge handed over the reins at Norton Rose Fulbright. Mike Berman, Rob Robinson, and Mary Bennett’s articles were the top-read for all of JD Supra in February. ComplexDiscovery OÜ analyzed the results of its Winter 2026 eDiscovery Pricing Survey, noting the sharp difference in “per doc” pricing in AI-assisted reviews over more traditional reviews.

If you are at Legalweek, come see us in Nook #750. We will be at the show and are looking forward to being with all of you! Gina Taranto will be looking for examples of deployed, working AI to share with us. Travel safely!

Our regularly scheduled virtual programming will resume next week, beginning with eDiscovery Today’s Case Law featuring Hon. Andrew Peck (Ret.), Tom O’Connor, Mary Mack, and Doug Austin on March 17, followed by another session with Tom O’Connor discussing eDiscovery in M365 with James Province of Microsoft on March 19.

Our EDRM Community Support Call, now in its seventh year, will continue to be held on Tuesdays at 6 PM Eastern. Email info@edrm.net for the Zoom link.
