Dearest EDRM Community,
The word of the week is tumult.
A breakthrough was made in 3D printing to print medical devices inside the human body. Queensland floods have an airport submerged. Move over lettuce, we need to worry about salmonella in granola as Quaker Oats announced a voluntary recall. A Vatican court convicted a cardinal of fraud. The Northern Lights will put on a pre-holiday show.
With EDRM Global Advisory Council member and co-founder of Altorney, Rachi Messing’s help, Stephanie Wilkins, Editor in Chief of Legaltech News asked Israeli startup leaders to speak of their experience of the last few weeks in their own words. Bob Zeidman returned to the EDRM Global Webinar channel last week and discussed his case to collect from Mike Lindell and Mike Lindell’s appeal will start January 3rd. Google moved to end geofence warrants. Biglaw is offering six figure bonuses this year. We may see a Supreme Court case on cell phone passcodes this term.
Before we leave for the holiday, we’ll look at modern methods to manage multidistrict litigation.
