Dearest EDRM Community,

Word of the week: Temper.

In our legal tech world this week, Complex Discovery OU and eDiscovery Today analyzed the new article from Dr. Maura Grossman, the Hon. Judge Paul Grimm (ret.), Dan Linna, and others creating a framework for admitting potentially deepfake evidence (or to exclude it).  It’s last call to share your valuable opinion on our Trusted Partner, Complex Discovery’s 2024 Summer eDiscovery Business Confidence Survey, enthusiastically supported by EDRM. The short survey, in its 35th iteration, takes less than 5 minutes.

EDRM released our white paper, Deepfakes in Legal Proceedings – A Strategic Framework for Collaborative Solutions, with our newest Trusted Partner, Clarity, identifying stages where critical collaborators make a difference. We can’t wait to introduce them to you at Relativity Fest.

Kaylee Walstad and Mary Mack, EDRM.

Let’s remain united in our support for each other. For support or to assist a colleague, contact us at info@edrm.net and join our weekly Community Support Call, now in its fourth year.
