In legal tech this week, elections are concluding in the face of deepfakes and AI-driven campaigns, as Ralph Losey points to a positive future vision with AI in two articles, one on mediation and one on Dario Amodei’s essay on “Machines of Loving Grace.”

We loved talking with EDRM co-founder Tom Gelbmann on the Illumination Zone. It is our fifth year, and next year, it will be his twentieth with EDRM. We talked about how the iconic model came into play and his thoughts on EDRM 2.0, in addition to eliciting our signature fun fact from Tom. We are grateful every day for his support and kindness to our community.
